System
In 1995, Contital's Quality Management System was certified under
UNI EN 29002 (ISO 9002) Norms. These norms define the methods according
to which any company activity and process is to be carried out,
from the sourcing of raw material to the after-sale services, in
order to ensure that products offer a high quality standard. The
culture of Quality has strongly taken root in the Company.
It guarantees
to any customer a product which suits new needs in market which
demands technological innovation. ISO 9002 Certification is a starting
point towards continuous improvement, the first-priority target
being full CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
