Aluminium Plate – Microwave Rice Recipe


  • 2 ½ cups of rice
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese


For this recipe you can use any type of leftover rice: plain, seasoned with vegetables or with tomatoes, just like us. Put half of the rice mixture in the Contital aluminum plate and press it lightly with the back of a spoon. Make a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cover with the remaining rice. Level and sprinkle with more grated Parmesan cheese.

Put the plate in the microwave for 4 minutes, combi function at 600w, then grill for 2/3 minutes. Let it rest for a couple of minutes before eating it.
