Aluminium Plates – Mediterranean Pasta
Ingredients (2 serves)
- 2/4 pound pasta
- 4½ oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz black olives
- 4 oz drained tuna
- 6 artichokes preserved in oil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Boil pasta until al dente. Put in a bowl and add the extra virgin olive oil. Stir and combine drained tuna with tomato slices, olives, artichokes, salt, pepper.
Serve the Mediterranean Pasta in our aluminium plate or store it in the fridge covered with a film.
