Aluminium Plates – Pistachio Tiramisu Recipe
- 2 eggs
- 70 gr sugar
- 200 gr mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of pistachio cream
- 2 cups of coffee
- ½ cup of milk
- 10 Ladyfingers
- 10 g chopped pistachios
Prepare coffee with a coffee maker and let it cool. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and the milk.
Beat egg whites until they are stiff and add a pinch of salt. Whip the yolk with the sugar. Add the mascarpone, the pistachio cream and continue beating the egg yolks with the other ingredients. Incorporate the egg whites into the cheese mixture with delicate movements from the bottom upwards so as not to disassemble them.
Cover the bottom of our square aluminium plate with a layer of cream, place the ladyfingers and repeat the operation forming 3/4 layers according to your taste, cover the surface with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios and let your tiramisu rest for two hours in the refrigerator. Use our circular aluminium plate to serve it.
