Anti-waste Recipe: Apple and Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 glass of seed oil
- 350 g Carrots Chopped
- 2 apples
- 0,3 oz Vanilla yeast
Directions
Cut the carrots and blend them in a mixer adding the seed oil. In a bowl, whisk the two eggs with the sugar, add the carrot puree, the milk and the diced apples. Add the flour a little at a time together with the vanilla yeast. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour everything into our wrinklewall circular aluminium tray and bake in a preheated oven at 356ยฐC for about 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check if the cake is cooked.
