Anti-waste recipe โ Bread and Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 17,6 oz stale bread
- 10,5 oz potatoes
- 3,5 oz diced bacon
- 2 cups of milk
- Rosemary
- Herbs
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
- Evo oil
Directions
Soak the bread in the milk for about an hour. Then, crumble the bread in a mixer or with your hands and put it in a bowl. Add the potatoes, cut into squares, the bacon, the Parmesan, the rosemary, various herbs (parsley, oregano), a pinch of salt. Mix everything and arrange the ingredients in our slightly oiled lacquered aluminium container. Add a drizzle of oil and place the tray in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 428ยฐ F. Serve your bread and potato pie still hot.
