Anti-waste Recipe: Spaghetti with Crumbs
Ingredients (4 serves)
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 3,5 oz stale bread
- 2 tablespoons olives
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 8 anchovies in oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Directions
Boil a pot of salted water and drop the spaghetti. At the same time, heat the oil in a large pan and cook the anchovies. Add the stale bread after crumbling it in the mixer and let it brown. Turn off the heat and add the olives and capers. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan. Turn all the ingredients and add more oil if the spaghetti are dry. Serve on our recycled aluminum plates and add pepper if you like.
