Anti-waste Recipe: Pumpkin Parmigiana
- 35 oz pumpkin
- 14 oz mozzarella cheese
- 5 oz cooked ham
- Evo oil
- Parmesan cheese
Clean the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices. Flour them lightly and place them in our rectangular aluminium foil container. Add the slices of mozzarella cheese and ham. A pinch of salt and parmesan. Pour a drizzle of oil and the chopped parsley. Repeat the operation until you reach the end of the tray. Cover with abundant breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated static oven at 356 ° F for about 30 minutes. When the pumpkin has softened, set the grill function and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the Parmigiana from the oven and serve still hot.
