Anti-waste Recipe: Rustic Pie of Bread and Tomatoes
- 10 slices of white bread or stale bread
- 2 large sliced tomatoes
- 7 oz fiordilatte cheese cut into slices
- 2 eggs
- ½ glass of milk
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Evo oil
Pour a spoonful of breadcrumbs and a spoonful of oil in our Smoothwall lacquered aluminum container. Arrange the loaf of bread on the tray and insert the fiordilatte cheese and tomato between one slice and the next. Add the oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper. At the same time in a bowl break the eggs, mix with the milk and Parmesan cheese. Obtained a homogeneous mixture, pour it on the seasoned bread.
Put in a preheated oven at 356° F for about 30 minutes. Take the Rustic Pie out of the oven and serve it hot!
