Microwave oven β Baked Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 3)
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 9 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 9 teaspoons sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Scrub and wash the potato, and prick several time with the tines of a fork
Baking
Put the potatoes into our lacquered Smoothwall aluminium container and cook on full power in the microwave for 5 minutes. Turn over, and continue microwavingΒ for 5/6 more minutes.
Remove them from the microwave, and split the potatoes down the middle. Season with salt and pepper, and top them with butter and cheese. Return to the microwave, and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the rest of cheese and a spoon of sour cream. Serve them hot
