Fridge โ Chocolate fridge cake Recipe
Ingredients
โข 8oz digestive biscuits
โข 5oz milk chocolate
โข 5oz dark chocolate
โข 3ยฝoz butter
โข 5oz golden syrup
โข 3ยฝoz dried apricots
โข 2ยฝoz raisins
Directions
Place the biscuits in the mixer and melt the milk and dark chocolate, the butter and the syrup over a water bath. Mix the ingredients so as not to burn. When they are melted, turn off the heat and add the biscuits, the apricots and the raisins. Continue to mix.
Spoon the mixture into our Smoothwall lacquered aluminium container and level the surface. Put the tray in the fridge for about 2 hours. Cut the cake into small squares and serve it.
