Freezer – Strawberry Ice Cream
- 42 oz Strawberries
- 2 ½ cups sweetened vegetable cream
- 1 cup plain yogurt (sugar-free)
- 1 ½ cup condensed milk
Wash, clean the strawberries and blend them. Then, add the condensed milk and yoghurt and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Meanwhile, pour the cream into a bowl and whisk it. Once you have increased its volume, add it to the other ingredients. Combine them with a spatula, from bottom to top, without lumps. Put the ice cram into our Smoothwall lacquered aluminium tray, close it with the specific lid and put it in the freezer for about 12 hours. After the indicated time, your strawberry ice cream will be ready!
