Fridge – Kalter Hund Recipe

Ingredients (6 serves)

  • 15 oz milk chocolate
  • 15 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 oz powdered sugar
  • 8 oz butter biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons Rum

Directions

Melt the dark and milk chocolate and the coconut oil in a waterbath. Beat in a bowl the eggs, the cocoa powder and the powdered sugar. Mix ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and smooth. Slowly add the chocolate mixture and the rum, then continue to mix the ingredients until they looks soft.

Spread a thin layer of the chocolate over the bottom of our Folded aluminium container. Layer biscuits across the chocolate (don’t let the biscuits touch the sides). Spread chocolate across the biscuits and repeat until you fill up the container. Cover it with a plastic film and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours.

Slice the Kalter Hund and serve!
