Fridge – Nougat Cake Recipe
Ingredients – Serves 6
- 250 gr honey biscuits
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 250 gr soft and chopeed nougat
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 ml milk
- 100 gr caster sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
Crush biscuits until finely crusched and add melted butter. Put the biscuits on the bottom of our Happy Day aluminium container, use a glass to do it better. Put the tray in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
To prepare nougat cream: heat the milk and chopped nougat in a medium-sized pan on a moderate flam. Mix all the ingredients until the nougat melts.
While the nougat mixture heats up, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
Before the nougat mixture begins to boil, add the whipping cream and granulated sugar and bring to a boil while whisking vigorously. Remove the pan from the heat, and add the squeezed gelatin sheets to the nougat cream. Let the mixture cool, pour it over the biscuits base and put it back in the fridge for 4 hours at least.
