Fridge – Recipe of Biancomangiare
Ingredients (8 serves)
- 2 cups almond milk
- ¾ fresh cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 6 gelatine leaves
- a few drops of almond aroma
- a pinch of cinnamon
Place the gelatine leaves in a shallow dish and cover completely with cold water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime boil the almond milk and, turned off the fire, add the squeezed gelatine leaves. Mix and let it cool.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, add the almond aroma, the cinnamon, the milk and mix all the ingredients with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in our Flan aluminium containers and put in the fridge for about 6/8 hours.
Immerse the Biancomangiare trays in the hot water for few minutes. To serve, run a knife or spatula around the edge to loosen the sides of the flan, then invert onto a dessert plate. Serve them with almond flakes.
