Fridge – Watermelon Frost Recipe

Ingredients (8 flan trays)

  • 53 oz already cleaned watermelon
  • 5 oz sugar
  • 3 oz starch for sweets
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Chopped pistachios to decorate
  • 8 jasmine flowers
  • Raisins to decorate
  • Walnuts to decorate


Before starting to prepare the frost, infuse jasmine flowers in mineral water for at least 24 hours. The next day, clean the watermelon, pass it through a sieve to extract all the juice. Pour it into a saucepan over low heat and add the jasmine infusion water, sugar and starch a little at a time. Stir with a whisk until all the ingredients are combined. After about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool down for a couple of minutes.

After that, divide the mixture into our aluminium trays and place them in the fridge for at least 6 hours. According to your tastes, decorate the Watermelon Frost with pistachios, walnuts and raisins before serving.
