Italian Villages – Fregolotta Recipe
- 9 oz almond flour
- 9 oz white flour
- 5 oz caster sugar
- 2/3 cup liquid cream
Sift the two flours into a bowl and add the sugar and a pinch of salt. (Optionally, you can also add a tablespoon of cinnamon). Pour the cream into a different container and after dipping your hand, collect the flours and pour them into our Happy Day aluminum tray. Repeat this operation until you have covered the container with fregole, i.e. crumbs.
Uniform everything and bake at 150 ° in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
