Italian Villages – Frico Recipe
- 17,5 potatoes
- 12 oz ripened cheese
- 1 onion
- Evo oil
Peel the potatoes, cook them in hot water for about 10 minutes. Then, grate them together with the cheese and add to the onion cut into strips. Stir, add salt and pepper and pour into our aluminum container with handles, lightly oiled. Cook for about 20 minutes at 392°F. Serve the frico still hot.
