Italian Villages – Killer Spaghetti Recipe
- 500g/17 oz spaghetti
- 1 l e 250 ml tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 ½ dried chillies
- Chili oil
- Hot water
- Evo oil
- 1 onion
Heat your oil in a large pan, add the onion and cook about 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and cook until it’s well reduced.
Place garlic cloves in a pan with oil and cook slowly on low heat until garlic is soft and tender. Put the spaghetti in the pan and add hot water and two ladles of tomato sauce. Add dried chillies and pour another ladle of tomato sauce. Let spaghetti cook on high heat or cook them in our lacquered aluminium Smoothwall container putting it in the oven at 356F for 5 minutes until pasta forms a dark crust. Add chili oil before to serve.
