Italian Villages – Rafanata Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 10.5 oz potatoes
  • 3.5 oz percorino cheese
  • 3.5 oz horseradish
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Evo Oil

Directions

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Once cooled, put in a bowl and mix with the eggs, pecorino cheese and grated horseradish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the oil in our Happy Day aluminum container evenly and pour the potatoes mix. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 392ยฐF. Serve the freshly baked Rafanata.
