Microwave oven – Spanish Potato Tortilla Recipe
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 fresh onion
- 6 eggs
- Evo Oil or butter
- 60 ml milk
- Parmesan cheese
Slice the potatoes and the onion thinly, then wash them. Heat the oil in a pan and fry potatoes and the onion until golden and tender. In the meanwhile beat eggs with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and milk.
Pat the potato and onion slices dry and put them into our lacquered aluminium Smoothwall container. Pour egg mixture into the tray and put it in the microwave for about 15 minutes – Grill function. Serve the tortilla as tapas in little squares.
