
Aluminium Plates โ Pistachio Twists Recipe
Ingredients (10 serves)
- 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons pistachio cream
- 1 egg yolk
- chopped pistachios
Directions
Unfold the sheet of puff pastry, and brush top with the yolk of an egg. On half of the pastry put 2 tablespoons of pistachio cream and with a spatula form a homogeneous layer. Fold the part of the pastry without cream over the one with the cream and press lightly with your hands to close the two parts. Use a pizza cutter wheel to divide the puff pastry into 10 strips of the same size. Take a strip and wrap it around itself for two turns. Do the same procedure with the remaining strips.
Baking
Cook the twists in the microwave, combi function, at 600w for 3 minutes with our lacquered aluminium plates. Let them cool and just before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachio and decorate with pistachio cream.
