Abruzzo – Cheese & Parsley Pie
- 6 Eggs
- 3 ½ oz grated parmesan or pecorino cheese
- ½ cup flour
- ½ packet of yeast
- Chopped parsley
Beat egg yolks with cheese, flour, yeast and parsley. Stir albumens separately and them, mix all the ingredients together.
Put the dough in our Happy Day aluminium container. Preheat the oven at 356F and bake the pie for about 15 minutes. Let it cool before dicing.
