- 9 oz/ 1 cup of yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 6 oz of sugar
- 7 tablespoons of seed oil

- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then, add a pinch of salt, oil, yogurt and the grated peel of the citrus fruit you have chosen. Continue mixing and add the yeast and flour a little at a time. Combine the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix again with a spatula. Pour the mixture into our aluminium foil container, lightly oiled and floured, and bake for 50 minutes at 340° F.
Do the toothpick test to check that your plumcake is cooked. Serve at room temperature.
