Sausages And Potatoes recipe

Traditional Oven – Sausage and Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients (4 serves)

  • 4 sausages
  • 24,5 oz potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Evo oil
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 glass of water


Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them coarsely into cubes. Place them in our aluminium foil container, add the crumbled stock cube, the rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the glass of water and drizzle with plenty of oil. Bake for about 20 minutes at 356ยฐ F. Then, add the sliced โ€‹โ€‹sausages and if the potatoes are too dry, pour another glass of water. Mix the ingredients and bake again for another 20 minutes. Serve the sausages and potatoes while still hot.

For this recipe we used our R11G lacquered aluminium tray.
