Spain – Quesada Pasiega RecipeContital
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk your eggs and sugar together until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Add flour, milk and ricotta cheese until the mixture becomes homogeneous and consistent. Add baking powder, lemon zest and salt until all ingredients have been incorporated.
Pour the mixture into our Happy Day aluminium container and bake for about 30 minutes at 437°F. Use a toothpick to determine if Quesada is ready. Let the cake cool for at least 15 minutes to set.
