Summer Recipe – Cherry Tartlets
- 1 round shortcrust pastry roll
- 4 oz cherry jam (or another jam of your choice)
- Crushed almonds
Unroll the shortcrust pastry without removing its baking paper and with the help of a pastry cutter or a cup make a dozen discs. Put a spoonful of jam into the center of the half of the discs and close them with the remaining discs previously decorated with the molds of your choice. Close the edges well with the help of a fork. Brush with milk and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Bake at 392°F for about 15 minutes. Serve the cherry tartlets on our recycled aluminum plates at room temperature.
