Summer Recipes – Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 3,5 oz of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3,5 oz of fresh tuna
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • sesame seeds
  • lemon juice
  • pink pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Cut the tuna into cubes and dredge in the sesame seeds. Sear in a hot pan, previously oiled, for about 1 minutes on each side. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella cheese, the avocado (removing the peel and stone) and the cherry tomatoes into cubes of the same size. Put all the ingredients into our square aluminum plate and season with salt and a squeeze of lemon. Decorate with a pinch of pink pepper before serving.
