Summer Recipes – Baked Peaches
Ingredients
- 4 Yellow Peaches
- 1.5 oz Butter
- 1 Orange
- 2 Vanilla pods
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 3 Star Anise
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 bunch of Fresh Mint
- 1 shot Rum
- 5 macaroons (of your choice)
Directions
Wash the peaches, cut them in half, remove the stone and place them on our aluminium plates. Sprinkle with sugar and add the orange juice, vanilla pods (cut in half), cinnamon sticks, anise and rum.
Spread the flakes of butter over the peaches and bake for 20 minutes at 356 ยฐ C. When cooked, add the mint and, if you like, the shredded macaroons.
