Summer Recipes: Turkey Rolls
Ingredients (2 serves)
- 4 Slices of cold roast turkey
- 3.5 oz of spreadable cheese
- 7 oz of red and yellow peppers
- 6 green olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the peppers and olives into thin strips. Combine them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. On a Contital plate, place the turkey and spread the cheese. Add a couple of tablespoons of the previously prepared mix and roll up the slice. Close with a thread of chives and serve the rolls!
