Traditional Oven – Fig and ham puff pastry recipe
Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 4 or 5 figs
- 90 g of raw ham
- 100g of goat’s cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Roll out the puff pastry in our Happy Day aluminium semi smoothwall and cover the base with goat’s cheese. Add the slices of raw ham and the figs cut in half. Place in a preheated oven at 392ยฐ for 20 minutes. Once the pastry with figs is out of the oven, add honey to each slice before serving.
