Traditional Oven – Focaccia Bread Recipe
Ingredients (4 serves)
- 4ยฝ cup white flour
- 1ยพ cup of cold water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of evo oil
- 0,1 oz dry brewer’s yeast
- Coarse salt flakes
- Evo oil for baking
Directions
In a bowl combine the flour, yeast and sugar. Add the water a little at a time and incorporate the oil and salt. Mix all the ingredients with your hands and, obtained a homogeneous dough, cover the bowl with a food film and a cloth and let the dough rise for about two hours (preferably in the oven off with the light on).
Baking
Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a well-oiled pan and spread it with your fingers. Let rise for another hour. Then prick the dough with your fingers, cover with more oil and sprinkle the coarse salt flakes. Bake in a static oven for about 20 minutes at 392ยฐ F. After cooking, put the focaccia bread in one of our aluminium containers and enjoy it wherever you want!
