Traditional Oven – Portuguese Cod fish recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg cod fish
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr parmesan cheese
  • 100 gr black olives
  • Breadcrumbs q.b.
  • Evo oil q.b.
  • Salt and pepper q.b.

Directions

Boil the skinless cod fish for about 10 minutes, then soak it in the milk with the cloves of garlic and pepper. Let it marinate for about 2 hours. In the meanwhile, boil the potatoes and mash them by adding the olives, parmesan cheese, salt and oil. Mix all the ingredients and add the cod fish.

Baking

Put all the ingredients in our Lacquered Smoothwall aluminium container and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven. Let it cool before dividing the Portuguese cod fish into several portions.
