Traditional Oven – Vegetable Plumcake Recipe
- 80 gr eggplant
- 200 gr red pepper
- 160gr zucchini
- 260 gr smoked scamorza or provolone cheese
- 100 gr onion
- 100 gr breadcrumbs
- Parmigiano cheese
- 3 eggs
- Oil evo
Wash and cut scamorza, eggplant and zucchini, red pepper and onion into equal size pieces. Break the eggs into a large mixing bowl and add in the salt and pepper. Then, mix with all vegetables and add breadcrumbs. Put all the ingredients in our Folded container and sprinkle the top with the rest of breadcrumbs.
Put the aluminium container in a preheated oven (350°F) and bake for about 70 minutes. Let the plumcake cool before serving. Our Folded is manufactured with Bake-eeze® system, a solution providing non-stick properties to the tray!
