More than 2 thousand exhibitors, over 50 countries, hundreds of sector professionals: these are just some numbers of Host 2023. The fair dedicated to Horeca, Food service, retail, large-scale retail trade and hotels will be held from 13 to 17 October in Milan, like every edition. Also this year, Contital will be present to participate in events and meetings dedicated to all the sectors with the aim of analyzing new consumption trends, international scenarios and best practices that are emerging in the catering and hospitality sector.

Digitalization and sustainability will be the basis of the 2023 edition during which we will try to understand how much and how artificial intelligence, virtual reality and social media can impact and support this market. While on the one hand the development of QR Codes, the digital transition and 3D videos will be some of the topics discussed during conferences and meetings; on the other hand, the common thread will be the return to food traditions and the ever-increasing attention towards the use of food resources.
